A mobile app studio for building with AI, connecting real services, testing your app and preparing it for release.
If you last visited RNBlocks to make a mobile prototype, there’s a lot to come back to. Months of work have brought app generation, real backends, connected services and release preparation into one place.
Move beyond a prototype with a Supabase backend prepared for your app.
Ask for sign-up, sign-in, saved records or data that follows a person across devices. The agent prepares the database plan and app changes.
Connect Supabase, choose an existing project or review creating a dedicated one, then approve the proposed database changes in the conversation.
Backend tools cover tables, access policies, storage and server functions. The agent can inspect the connected backend and its logs when investigating a problem.
Review supported authentication settings and enter email-provider details privately when your app needs real signup emails.
Ask to remove specific demo records from a connected database. Review the exact cleanup scope before deletion; connecting a backend does not automatically delete sample data.
Create artwork and prepare screenshots using your actual app screens.
Ask for a logo or app artwork, inspect the generated candidate and choose whether to apply it. You can also use your own uploaded images.
The publishing agent can capture multiple screens, add headlines and captions, reorder them, remove an unwanted screenshot and inspect the finished designs.
Keep separate iPhone, iPad and Android screenshot sets. Choose device frames, colors, layouts and dimensions in the editor.
Download designed screenshot sets and prepare a Google Play feature graphic. Saved captures and designs remain available when you return.
Use the available previews and device testing routes to check the real interactions.
Preview on iOS, Android or the web where supported, and use Expo Go to try compatible apps on your phone.
Ask the agent to test the app in a browser or native preview, navigate its screens and investigate errors.
Browser assistance lets you follow the task and take control for private steps. It is in beta and may need your help to finish.
Download the source with the included setup instructions on a paid plan. Build packaging has improved compatibility with dependencies used by older apps.
The new landing page and lighter workspace show the full journey from an idea to an app.
A redesigned homepage introduces Studio, connected features and publishing with interactive product walkthroughs and rotating featured templates.
Daylight is the default appearance, with Midnight still available. Login and signup now match the rest of the interface.
Mobile layouts, file activity, preview controls and approval details are clearer. A subtle pulsing dot helps identify a conversation that is generating.
Expanded, searchable guides cover building, previews, backends, connections, credits, assets and publishing, with screenshots and Markdown versions.
Playground has been retired. Pro and Studio now provide the same Studio tools with different monthly credit allowances.
Pro is $15 per month with 150 credits. Studio is $29 per month with 400 credits. Source export is included with either paid plan.
Studio and Publishing share your balance and transaction history. Credit entries include a date, time and explicit timezone.
Manage your subscription, buy credits or opt into auto-reload from the billing controls. Auto-reload is optional and has its own settings.
Longer work saves progress, and approvals and results can be revisited after returning to the app. Recovery, payment handling and conversation continuity have been improved throughout this release.
Since June, we’ve been building on RNBlocks’ mobile prototyping roots. Here’s how the new Studio took shape.
June 2026
Where we started
RNBlocks focused on turning prompts into mobile prototypes, with separate Playground and Studio experiences.
August–September 2026
The foundation of the new Studio
We introduced the agentic generation loop, backend planning and provisioning, connected services, browser testing, reviewed actions and longer-running work. Playground was retired as the Studio experience became the focus.
October 2026
A new chapter for RNBlocks
A new landing page and documentation joined the refreshed Studio and Publishing workspace. We refined connection setup, device builds, billing, screenshot design and returning to saved work for this release.
Before you publish
Developer accounts, signing and provider setup depend on your destination. Some account setup and store forms need to be completed on Apple’s or Google’s website. Browser assistance is in beta.
Test the finished app and review submissions before they’re sent. Apple and Google decide whether to approve a store release.
