New accounts currently receive 100 promotional signup credits, with no credit card required. This one-time offer is separate from your plan and does not refill monthly. [Terms apply](https://www.rnblocks.dev/terms#signup-promotion). Your account shows your current plan and available credits. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle.

## Add credits when you need them

Top-ups are available with an active Pro or Studio subscription. They add credits without changing your plan. Top-up credits carry over while you remain subscribed; when the subscription ends, remaining plan and top-up credits are removed.

## Separate service costs

RNBlocks credits cover work metered by RNBlocks. Store developer memberships, Expo services and providers connected to your app have their own pricing. Connecting a service does not purchase its plan or remove its usage limits.

## Change or cancel your plan

Open **Profile → Plan → Manage** to review billing and cancellation options. Check the effective date and any amount shown before confirming a change. A scheduled cancellation keeps your plan active until the end of its billing period.

Before cancelling, review remaining top-up credits and download any source you need. Contact support if a purchase or balance does not match your receipt; include the receipt reference, not your payment-card details.
